Vista Investments is a real estate investment company with its primary focus in the hospitality industry.  The company has the financial resources and versatile approach to move quickly on opportunities that it determines meet its objectives.  Vista takes a strict, long-term conservative approach to the company’s investments, with the goal of maximizing the return on investment by application of its expertise in hotel management, real estate and finance.  Although Vista’s primary focus is in the hospitality industry, for hedging purposes, the company has a diversified investment portfolio including other real estate holdings and operating ventures.   Since its inception, the Vista has been active in the west coast, completing more than 100 hotel and other real estate transactions.
